I love television, and I love cooking. Put one and one together and you've got yourself a happy Kelsey. So, you can imagine my happiness level when I was the guest star on "In Detention with Koby Garcia" alongside my teacher Chef Turro (disguised to the right as Chef Lasercat.) This was my first time starring in a cooking segment, and it will certainly not be my last time. If you want to see me in action, click here to see the video!
Did you see it? I hope you did! And, I hope you whip up your own batch of the fall favorite, the pumpkin muffin!Yes, this is a treat to be eaten in moderation, but this pumpkin muffin is also very high in fiber and Vitamin A, which helps with vision and maintaining a healthy immune system. So, don't put them off your list. Just eat one or two a week, and you are good to go!
