New Year, New Egg Recipe

Okay, now that you have a new year ahead of you, it's time to try a simple and fresh egg sandwich to give you protein and energy anytime of day.

Ingredients

-1/4 cup olive oil to fry egg
-1 egg
-1/2 cup fresh spinach
-Wheat or Rye Toast

Recipe

1. Heat up a small frying pan on low heat.
2. Add in the 1/4 cup olive oil to fry the egg and let that heat up for a minute.
3. Crack the egg and cook to your liking.
4. Once done, place the egg on a 1/2 cup of fresh spinach atop one piece of toast.
5. Viola! You're done! Add black pepper on top of the egg if desired!
